Getting there

Arriving by Train

Weingut Cantzheim is close to the Kanzem station on the Saarbrücken – Trier rail line. This stretch of track dates back to the golden years of Saarland industry and today offers regular connections for passenger trains toward Trier, Koblenz/Cologne and Saarbrücken/Mannheim/Paris.

Arriving by Plane

Luxembourg airport is roughly 30 kilometers away, Frankfurt-Hahn airport is 57 kilometers away, while Saarbrücken airport can be reached in roughly one hour. All offer regular international connections, meaning Cantzheim is just one to two hours by plane from most major European cities.

Arriving by Car

Cantzheim is easy to reach by car, located close to state road L 137, a side route to interstate highway B 51 from Trier – Konz and Schoden/Ockfen/Ayl – Saarburg. The old Roman city of Trier is just 15 minutes away, while Luxembourg can be reached in a half hour. Autobahns A 8 (to Saarbrücken/Mannheim/Frankfurt/Karlsruhe or Luxemburg/France) and A 1 (to Eifel/Rheinland) mean that Cantzheim is a relatively short drive from the southwestern metropolitan area, neighboring Luxembourg and the northern French district of Lorraine.

Most navigation systems will recognize “Cantzheim” as a destination. Our street address is Weinstraße 4, Kanzem.
